Born in 1983.

Education:

Higher education at the Kyiv National Economic University, Master’s Degree in Finance. Also has a Financial Analyst Certificate from the CFA Institute (USA). 

Work experience:

Extensive work experience in the investment and financial sector. Worked as an Asset Manager at Dragon Asset Management.

In 2015-2016, as an Adviser to the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, coordinated projects to increase transparency of activities, open data and improve corporate governance of state-owned enterprises. 

In 2016-2018, managed the Prozorro.Sale project at Transparency International Ukraine, coordinated the development of IT solutions for the transparent sale of state assets.

Since 2018, he has been the Head of Prozorro.Sale SE.

President of CFA Society Ukraine, Head of the Consulting Supervisory Group of CoST Ukraine.

By order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 61-r dated 24 January 2023, was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.

By order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 611-r dated 2 July  2024, was appointed as the First Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
