Education:

Higher education at the National University of Kyiv Mohyla Academy. Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Master’s Degree in Science of Law.

Internship at the Parliament of Canada as a scholarship holder of the Canada-Ukraine Parliamentary Program (CUPP).

She also studied at the Ukrainian School of Political Studies. Graduated from Aspen Institute Kyiv on the Values and Society program. She is currently continuing her education at the Kyiv School of Economics, majoring in “Government Relations (GR) Specialist”.

Work experience:

Over 10 years of experience in practicing law.

She has been working at the Lawyer Association “Legal Firm “Vasil Kisil & Partners” since 2011. In 2017, she received a certificate of the right to practice law.

She received a number of awards for her professional activity.

In 2017-2021, the Chambers Europe international legal directory included her in the list of recommended lawyers of Ukraine in the field of taxation, in particular in tax disputes. In 2018-2021, she received the award of the International Legal 500 rating in the field of taxation.

Included by the Best Lawyers resource in the list of leading lawyers of Ukraine in the field of taxation in 2021-2022.

By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 483-r dated 17 June 2022, she was appointed to the position of the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

Сoordinates the development of proposals and the implementation of decisions regarding:

- the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of labour, population employment, labour migration, labour relations, social dialogue, industrial safety, labour protection, occupational hygiene, handling of explosive materials, implementation of state mining supervision, implementation of state supervision and control over the compliance with legislation on work and employment of the population;

- the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of state procurement for the training of specialists, scientific, scientific-pedagogical and labour personnel, advanced training and retraining of personnel;

- the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of entrepreneurship development, state market supervision.

Еnsures equality of rights and opportunities for women and men, prevention and countermeasures against gender-based violence in the Ministry of Economy.

Оrganizes work related to ensuring the fulfilment of the Minister’s powers to direct and coordinate the activities of the State Labour Service.

Directs and coordinates the activities of the State Employment Service.

Agrees and signs relevant orders regarding:

- the organizational structure of the State Employment Centre;

- the maximum number of employees of the State Employment Centre;

- rewarding the director of the State Employment Centre, his deputies, providing them with financial assistance and establishing allowances and supplemental payments to the official salary;

- strategies and priority areas of development of Post-graduate Education Institution “Employment Service Advanced Training Centre” (hereinafter referred to as the Centre), development plans of the Centre and changes to them;

- awarding, establishing and cancelling, reducing, renewing allowances and supplements to the official salary, providing financial assistance to the director of the Centre;

- strategies and priority areas of development of institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education of the State Employment Service (hereinafter – institutions), development plans of institutions and changes to them;

- bonuses, establishment and cancellation, reduction, renewal of allowances and supplements to the official salary, provision of material assistance to directors of institutions.  

Responsible for directing, coordinating and controlling performance of:

- Department of Labour;

- Department of Employment;

- Department for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship;

- Sector of organizational and analytical support for the work of the Deputy Minister.
