The Government takes next step towards signing the industrial visa-free regime

Humanitarian demining: Over 53,700 hectares of agricultural land surveyed since the beginning of the year
In February, the demining units of the State Emergency Service, the State Special Transport Service, and non-governmental operators surveyed more than 32,000 hectares of agricultural land. In total, 53,700 hectares of land have been inspected since the beginning of the year. This was announced by Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of Ukraine, citing data from regional military administrations.

The Ministry of Economy and German businesses talk about ways to improve business climate and increase investment
The Government looks forward to foreign private investment in Ukraine’s recovery. This was stated by Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of Ukraine, at a meeting with representatives of German companies and members of the German-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Ministers of Economy of Ukraine Volodymyr Kuzio, Oleksii Sobolev, Ihor Fomenko and Taras Kachka.

The Government approved the documents on bridge financing within the framework of the Ukraine Facility
On Friday, March 8, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the text of the Memorandum of Understanding between Ukraine and the European Union regarding bridge financing under the Ukraine Facility programme, as well as the corresponding loan agreement. After the signing of the documents, which is scheduled for March 11, Ukraine will be able to receive EUR 6 billion to ensure the current costs of the state budget until the full launch of the programme.
