Ukraine Finance Housing Company and European Fund Management Revive to launch cooperation on Affordable Workforce Housing Program for employees in critical sectors Kyiv, Brussels, January 2026 – Ukrainian Financial Housing Company (“UFHC”), operator of affordable housing mortgage program “yeOselia” and the European Investment fund and developer Revive have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to foster the launch of an affordable housing program for middle-income households and employees in critical sectors (“workforce housing”). Revive will build on it’s 15 years of experience in implementing affordable housing projects in Western and Central-Eastern European countries.

The relevant agreements were formalized on 17 January in Kyiv during the First Forum of the Century Partnership. -

Online portal for project submissions to the U.S.–Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund is now live Today, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, in cooperation with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), announced the launch of an online portal for businesses to submit investment projects to the U.S.–Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund (URIF). -

€1.1 billion for skills development: Skills Alliance presents results and European practices for Ukraine A dedicated Skills Alliance session took place in December 2025 during the German Platform for the Reconstruction in Ukraine in Berlin, bringing together 88 partners from governments, international organisations, civil society and the private sector. The session focused on addressing skills shortages and advancing the Dual Intent approach — combining the integration of Ukrainians in host countries with practical pathways for return and engagement in Ukraine’s economic recovery.
