The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine invites all interested parties to join the public consultations on the implementation of the joint project with the World Bank "Strengthening the Capacity of the State Agrarian Register in Ukraine" and the disclosure of the Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP).
In order to facilitate Ukraine's progress towards accession to the European Union, the project supports the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) in ensuring the smooth operation of the information and communication system "State Agrarian Register" (SAR), expanding the coverage of the SAR system to the segment of small and medium-sized agricultural producers, as well as in implementing key elements of the Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS) in accordance with EU requirements for the management of financing in the field of agriculture and rural development both at the pre-accession and post-accession stages. The project is financed by a trust fund managed by the World Bank and implemented by the Ministry.
During the consultations, specialists from the Ministry will
· inform about the current status and plans for project implementation, and the project components;
· present a stakeholder engagement plan (SEP) and disclose the plan;
· collect feedback from participants in consultations on the project and improving stakeholders engagement in its implementation.

The State Agrarian Register (SAR) is an information and communication system that ensures the collection, accumulation, integration, storage, protection, accounting, display, processing, confidentiality of registry data, provision and use of registry information, provision of administrative and other public services to entities, electronic data exchange in the areas of ensuring the formation and implementation of state agrarian policy, state policy in the fields of agriculture and on issues of state food security.
