The initiator of the creation of Podilsk Industrial Park – the Podilsk Town Council of the Podilsk district of the Odesa oblast announces the competitive selection of a management company for Podilsk Industrial Park, in accordance with the decision of the Podilsk Town Council of the Podilsk district of the Odesa oblast No. 668-I dated 24 November 2023 On the Organization and Implementation of the Competitive Selection of a Management Company for Podilsk Industrial Park.

The concept of Podilsk Industrial Park was approved by the decisions of the Podilsk Town Council of the Podilsk district of the Odesa oblast No. 664-VII dated 3 April 2019 On Approving the Concept of Podilsk Industrial Park as Amended and No. 667-I dated 24 November 2023 On Amending the Concept of Podilsk Industrial Park. It is posted for review on the website of the Podilsk Town Territorial Community in the Investment Activities section.

Main terms and conditions of the competitive selection:

1. Ability to ensure proper functioning of the industrial park in accordance with the business plan developed by a candidate.
2. Conformity of the application for participation in the contest and of the industrial park’s business plan with the Concept of Podilsk Industrial Park.
3. Availability of a comprehensive vision concerning the development of the industrial park’s infrastructure capable of maintaining continuous innovative process, increasing export potential and creating closed production cycles.
4. Availability of proposals regarding the involving of the industrial park’s potential participants in accordance with requirements stated in the Concept of Podilsk Industrial Park.
5. Ability to bring in additional financing for the development of the industrial park.

A land plot with an area of 31.0704 hectares, located in the town of Podilsk, the Odesa oblast, which is intended for the creation and operation of an industrial park; cadastral number 5111200000:02:013:0395; purpose: 11.02 for placement and operation of main, ancillary and auxiliary buildings, structures of enterprises of processing, machine-building and other industries. The ownership right to the land plot is registered by the Podilsk Territorial Community represented by the Podilsk Town Council of the Podilsk district of the Odesa oblast. The land plot is free from development.

The period for which Podilsk Industrial Park was created: 30 years. Podilsk Industrial Park was created according to the decision of the Podilsk Town Council No. 558-VII dated 26 September 2018.
