At the Ukrainian Pavilion at the UN Climate Conference COP30 in Brazil, a panel discussion titled “Building Effective Climate Governance for Integrating Climate Considerations into Post-War Recovery” was held. The event was organized by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine together with the Office for the Green Transition.

On 13 November, the fifth international exhibition and conference ReBuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy 2025 opened in Warsaw. The event, which serves as the leading European platform for promoting Ukraine’s recovery projects, brought together more than 6,000 participants, 762 companies from 33 countries, and 160 Ukrainian municipalities presenting their investment and reconstruction initiatives.

Today, the European Union provided Ukraine with a new tranche of financial assistance totaling €5.9 billion. Of this amount, €1.8 billion was disbursed under the Ukraine Facility, and €4.1 billion was provided through the ERA loans (Extraordinary Revenue Acceleration for Ukraine) programme.
