By the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 30, 2026 No. 95-r, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.

By the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 22, 2026 No. 729-r, he continues to perform his duties as Deputy Minister of Economy and Environment of Ukraine.

Responsible for directing, coordinating and controlling performance of:

• Department of Protected Areas and Biodiversity;
• Department of Climate Change;
• Department of Waste Management;
• Department of Environmental Protection;
• Department of Atmospheric Air Protection, Prevention and Control of Industrial Pollution;
• Department of Environmental, Chemical Safety and Management of Chemical Products;
• Department of Policy Formation and Protection of Forest Resources;
• Sector for Coordinating the Implementation of the National Energy and Climate Plan;
• Sector of organizational and analytical support for the work of the Deputy Minister.
