The development of small and medium-sized businesses, including in cooperation with partner countries, is one of the priorities for the rapid recovery of Ukraine. Issues related to the promotion of investments in the Ukrainian economy and financial support for business were discussed by Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine – Trade Representative of Ukraine Taras Kachka with Government Plenipotentiary for Polish-Ukrainian Development Cooperation Jadwiga Emilewicz. -

The number of Ukrainians who can get housing under the eOselia affordable mortgage lending program has been increasing since 1 August. War veterans, combatants and people who do not have their own home can apply for a loan at 7%. All other categories of borrowers remain in the program too. The relevant decision was adopted at the Government meeting on 4 July 2023. -

The amount of direct losses caused by the explosion of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant is at least USD 2 billion. This includes losses in the housing and utility sector, energy, agriculture, transport, environment and industry. These data are presented in the first analysis of the KSE Institute, an analytical unit of the Kyiv School of Economics, in cooperation with the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development.
