In the first quarter of 2024, 5,800 entrepreneurs received loans under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% programme totalling UAH 22.8 billion. 20% of these loans were received by businesses operating in the high-risk combat areas. -

521 Ukrainians were recognized as winners of the fifth wave of the Vlasna Sprava (Own Business) grant programme in 2024, they will receive UAH 124 million from the state to start or expand their business. Since the beginning of this year, more than 2,000 entrepreneurs, in whose business development the state invests half a billion hryvnias, have already become winners of the programme. In total, more than 15,000 Ukrainians have received grant support since the start of the programme. This was announced by Tetiana Berezhna, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine. -

This was stated by Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy of Ukraine, during a large partnership meeting at the Factory Kitchen in Bucha, which was attended by First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, Ukrainian ministers, the School Nutrition Reform Office team and international partners on 30 March. The partnership meeting, organised at the first Factory Kitchen, was dedicated to discussing the strategic goals of the school meals reform, which aims to provide quality and healthy food for children in every corner of Ukraine. -
