Since the start of 2024, 4,516 entrepreneurs have received loans under the Affordable Loans at 5-7-9 programme totalling UAH 18 billion. Last week, 643 entrepreneurs received such loans for UAH 2.4 billion. Since the launch of the programme (February 2020), 83,500 loans worth UAH 285.1 billion have been issued.

Since the beginning of 2024, entrepreneurs have taken out the largest number of available loans to replenish working capital – UAH 8.7 billion. Banks granted UAH 3.7 billion in loans under the programme to processing companies, UAH 3.2 billion to businesses operating in the high-risk military zone, and UAH 2.8 billion – for the implementation of investment projects.

The companies operating in the following sectors receive loans most often under the programme:

• agriculture (48%)
• wholesale and retail trade (25%)
• processing industry (17%).

Among the regions, the leaders in terms of the amount of loan agreements concluded are the Lviv, Dnipro, Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Poltava oblasts and the city of Kyiv.

As of today, 45 banks participate in the programme, with Privatbank (38,100), Oschadbank (12,800) and Raiffeisen Bank Aval (5,400) disbursing the largest number of loans since the programme’s launch.
