Since the beginning of 2024, entrepreneurs have received 9,582 loans under the “Affordable Loans” program totalling UAH 38 billion. Banks issued 20% of loans to processing companies.

Last week, entrepreneurs received 512 such loans worth UAH 1.8 billion. Since the start of the program (February 2020), 88,500 loans worth UAH 305 billion have been issued.

Since the beginning of 2024, entrepreneurs have taken out the largest number of affordable loans to replenish working capital – UAH 14.7 billion, UAH 8 billion of loans were issued by banks to businesses operating in the high military risk zone, UAH 8 billion – to processing enterprises, and UAH 6 billion – to implement investment projects.

The most frequent lenders under the program are enterprises operating in the following sectors:

- agriculture (47%)

- wholesale and retail trade (25%);

- processing industry (18%).

Among the regions, the leaders in terms of the amount of loan agreements concluded are Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Poltava regions and the city of Kyiv.

As of today, 45 banks participate in the program, with PrivatBank (40.5 thousand), Oschadbank (13.7 thousand) and Raiffeisen Bank Aval (5.4 thousand) issuing the largest number of loans since the program’s launch.
