Aivaras Abromavičius, the Minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine introduced to the State Agency of Reserve of Ukraine team a new Head, Vadym Mosiychuk.

The Minister drew attention to negative image of the state reserve system due to numerous corruption cases. According to him, corruption is to be rooted out completely from Derzhrezerv system activity and operations.

“We are looking for people who were not in the state structures before and, preferable, with Western education, with experience in the Western structures. That is why we employed Vadym Mosiychuk. He had been working for many years in the leading Western companies and banks,” Aivaras Abromavičius told.

He added that there is a great task for the Head of Derzhrezerv, namely, to reform the whole structure and to reduce it, to make transparent purchase and sales prices.  Aivaras Abromavičius emphasized the necessity of solution of such problems as enabling of Derzhrezerv operation and reforming of Derzhrezerv system through legislative changes.
