On 13 November in Warsaw, the fifth international exhibition-conference ReBuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy 2025 opened its doors. The two-day event is the leading European platform for coordinating and promoting Ukraine’s recovery projects, with a focus on infrastructure, industry, energy, and the housing sector.
This year’s exhibition gathered over 6,000 participants, 762 companies from 33 countries, and 23 national pavilions. Among the attendees were government institutions, municipalities, investors, international financial organisations, and companies working in construction, energy, logistics, and materials for reconstruction. In addition, 160 Ukrainian municipalities joined the event to present their investment and recovery projects.
The national pavilion of the newly consolidated Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture was officially presented by Taras Kachka, Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine. The event was also attended by Deputy Ministers Daria Marchak and Andrii Teliupa, as well as representatives of the Ministry, UkraineInvest, the State Property Fund of Ukraine, the Kyiv School of Economics, and the Public–Private Partnership Agency (PPP Agency).
“Each investment project is part of the broader transformations already taking place in Ukraine. We are grateful to the European Union and business partners for their joint work in driving this modernisation,” noted Taras Kachka.
This year, the pavilion was designed with a clear structure and a strong focus on practical tools for investors. Visitors can obtain information on opportunities for production localisation, public–private partnerships, privatisation assets, and industrial parks.
“This is the first pavilion of the consolidated Ministry. Here we have brought together all the practical instruments we offer to investors today: privatisation, PPPs, industrial parks, and localisation opportunities. A special focus is placed on de-risking mechanisms that reduce risk for businesses. This is how we see the recovery economy – through concrete tools and partnerships,” said Deputy Minister Andrii Teliupa.
The pavilion includes four functional zones representing key state institutions involved in investment attraction:
• UkraineInvest – the single investment office for investors;
• State Property Fund of Ukraine – presenting privatisation opportunities;
• PPP Agency – consulting on public–private partnership mechanisms;
• Kyiv School of Economics – offering analytical support and project development assistance.
This format enables investors to directly engage with experts across all relevant areas.
A key feature of the pavilion is the updated interactive investment map of Ukraine – a clickable online tool showcasing current investment projects. The map includes PPP projects, privatisation assets, industrial parks, and private initiatives, enabling investors to quickly identify relevant opportunities.
The ReBuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy 2025 exhibition brings together governments, international partners, investors, and businesses from around the world. Its main goal is to create an effective platform for mobilising investment and technologies essential for Ukraine’s sustainable recovery.
