The Government has approved a decision to allocate UAH 565 million from the state budget reserve fund to Mykolaiv and Kherson Oblast State Administrations to provide financial assistance to the affected population as a result of the Russian Federation's blowing up of Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant dam. The relevant order was adopted at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 16 June 2023. -

The next 228 winners of the Own Business program will receive micro-grants from the state for starting and developing businesses worth UAH 55 million based on the results of the eighth wave of submission of applications. Since the beginning of the program, micro-grant recipients have already paid UAH 71 million in taxes, fees and mandatory payments to the budget. This was announced by Tetiana Berezhna, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine. -

Over the past week, units of the State Emergency Service, Ministry of Defence, State Special Transport Service and non-governmental operators have surveyed more than 6,000 hectares of agricultural land. The vast majority of the surveyed land is in the south of the country. This was reported by Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Economy, citing the data from the OMA.
