eOselia affordable mortgage programme has received full funding for this year. According to Ukrfinzhytlo, at least 10,000 Ukrainian families will be able to receive a preferential mortgage by the end of the year. Therefore, those Ukrainians who have been denied a loan due to lack of funding are advised to reapply in Diia. -

On 11 August 2023, a regular meeting of the Commission for the Transformation of the State Enterprise National Nuclear Energy Generating Company Energoatom into a Joint Stock Company was held to discuss the progress of the transformation process. The event was chaired by Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Oleksii Sobolev. The discussion was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economy, Energoatom, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and Deloitte. -

The government has expanded the range of consumers who can take advantage of the programme for exchanging incandescent light bulbs for energy-saving ones. From now on, cultural, sports and social institutions, as well as apartment building co-owners associations, will be able to exchange old bulbs. The decision was made at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 11 August.
