The Government welcomes the ratification of the Digital Trade Agreement between Ukraine and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. This document will deepen Ukraine's participation in global supply chains, promote the development of small and medium-sized businesses and women's participation in the digital economy, and reduce barriers to participation in global digital trade. This was stated by Yulia Svyrydenko, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Economy of Ukraine. -

On Wednesday, 24 April, Ukraine received €1.5 billion in transitional funding for the "Ukraine Facility". According to the schedule of payments under the programme proposed by the European Commission to the member states, the state budget should receive €16 billion of financial support from the European Union in 2024. -

Japan intends to increase its presence in the Ukrainian investment market by joining programmes to support joint Ukrainian-Japanese business projects. The governments of both countries are also working to update the Agreement between Ukraine and Japan on the Promotion and Protection of Investments.
