Education: He received a higher education from the National Agrarian University, majoring in Finance, with a qualification as an economist-financier. He also studied at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, majoring in Management and Administration. Work experience: He has 17 years of civil service experience. In the early 2000s, he was an assistant to the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine and the First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. For two years, he worked in managerial positions at NJSC "Energy Company of Ukraine". |
From 2006 to 2010, he held the position of Head of the Department of Expertise and Analysis of the Development of Technogenic, Ecological, Nuclear Safety and Environmental Management of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
For a year, he was the Head of the Service of the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
From 2011 to 2015, he held managerial positions in the State Administration of Affairs.
From 2015 to 2019, he headed the State Agency of Ukraine for Exclusion Zone Management.
From 2020 to 2023, he held the position of Deputy Head for Economics of the State Enterprise "Sea Ports Administration of Ukraine" in Odessa.
He received a number of state awards for his professional activities.
By the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 17, 2023 No. 224-r, he was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
By the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 23, 2025 No. 754-r, he continues to perform his duties as State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
By the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 10, 2025 No. 1414-r, he was dismissed from the position of State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
By the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 10, 2025 No. 1415-r, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
Responsible for directing, coordinating and controlling performance of:
- Department of Technical Regulation;
- Department of Management of State Property;
- Department of Sanctions Policy;
- Sector of Organizational and Analytical Support of the Work of the Deputy Minister.
