Education:

Having completed a graduate programme in Finance at the National Agrarian University, I was awarded the qualification of Economist/Financier.

I also studied at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, major: Management and Administration.

Work experience:

17 years of public service.

Early 2000s – Assistant Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine and First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. 

I worked for two years as an executive for NJSC Energy Company of Ukraine.

2006-2010 – Head of the Department of Expertise and Analysis of the Development of Industrial, Ecological, and Nuclear Safety and Natural Resource Management of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. 

I worked for one year as Head of Service of Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2011-2015 – I worked as an executive for the Public Administration Office.

2015-2019 – Head of the State Agency of Ukraine on Exclusion Zone Management.

2020-2023 – Deputy Head for Economic Affairs at the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority”, the city of Odesa.

I have received a number of public awards for my professional achievements.

By virtue of Order No. 224-r of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 17 March 2023, I was appointed a Secretary of State for the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

- department for the management of state-owned objects;

- regime secret work division;

- division for interaction with public authorities;

- division of mobilization training and civil defence;

- corruption prevention division;

- іnternal Control Coordination Sector;

- sector for organizational and analytical support of the Economy Ministry State Secretary’s work.
