Born in 1983. Education: Higher education at the Kyiv National Economic University, Master’s Degree in Finance. Also has a Financial Analyst Certificate from the CFA Institute (USA). Work experience: Extensive work experience in the investment and financial sector. Worked as an Asset Manager at Dragon Asset Management. In 2015-2016, as an Adviser to the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, coordinated projects to increase transparency of activities, open data and improve corporate governance of state-owned enterprises. In 2016-2018, managed the Prozorro.Sale project at Transparency International Ukraine, coordinated the development of IT solutions for the transparent sale of state assets. Since 2018, he has been the Head of Prozorro.Sale SE. President of CFA Society Ukraine, Head of the Consulting Supervisory Group of CoST Ukraine. By order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 61-r dated 24 January 2023, was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization. |
Coordinates development of proposals and implementation of adopted decisions concerning:
- formulation and implementation of state policy for the management in the field of state-owned facilities, sale of property (property rights, other assets) or rights to it on a competitive basis in the form of auctions, including electronic auctions, and exercise of control over its implementation;
- formulation and implementation of state policy in the field of entrepreneurship development, state market supervision;
- analysis of the state and trends of the economic and social development of Ukraine, sectors and branches of the economy, development of a proposal regarding the main directions of development and reform of the economy, achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, ensuring the preparation of relevant plans and programs, state forecasting of the economic and social development of Ukraine;
- the implementation of the digital development policy in the area of accountability of the Ministry of Economy;
- the implementation of the state sanctions policy.
Ensures interaction with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and its bodies, ensures coordination of legislative work of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
Responsible for directing, coordinating and controlling performance of:
- Property Policy Department;
- Department for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship;
- Department for Strategic Planning and Macroeconomic Forecasting;
- Sanctions Policy Department;
- Sector for organizational and analytical support of work of the Deputy Minister for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.
