The document was signed by Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Yasemin Bedir, President of Mastercard Eastern Europe, and Inga Andreeva, CEO of Mastercard Ukraine and Moldova.
