MEDT of Ukraine works on the implementation of Economic Security Commitments to NATO The first meeting of Inter-ministerial Expert Group for preparation and implementation of the Ukraine-NATO Joint Working Group on Economic Security Issues (JWGES) decisions was held in Kyiv on the 5th of October 2017. The representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and trade of Ukraine, Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine and State Concern Ukroboronprom participated in the meeting. The Expert Group discussed agreements that were achieved during the 16th meeting JWGES (March 2017) and preparations for the 17th JWGES meeting.

MEDT of Ukraine has established Inter-ministerial Expert Group to intensify cooperation with NATO Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine has established an Inter-ministerial Expert Group for preparation and implementation of the Ukraine-NATO Joint Working Group on Economic Security Issues (JWGES) decisions. The group is established within the framework of the Annual National Program (ANP) under the auspices of the NATO-Ukraine Commission for 2017.
